ORDERS

Once the order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. If, by chance we no longer have it in stock,we will send you an email immediately. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of the jewelry made in house. Otherwise, we usually ship within 3 business days. 

Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.

Sometimes data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. CUSTOM ORDERS

We are more than happy to accommodate custom changes to our designs whenever possible. If a change is required for any other items, we will gladly request from the designers and get back to you as soon as possible. Email all requests to sabrina@aquaskye.com. Additional charges may apply. Please note, once approved all sales involving custom work is final.

 

PACKAGING

All our items are packaged in our signature packaging - colorful organza bag and ribbon that will make you smile! If it is a gift and you require a note card, let us know and we will include a message in the package.

 

PAYMENTS

All our charges are in Canadian dollars (C$). For your convenience, we offer several methods of payment. Your bank or credit card company will process all charges in Canadian funds, as required by Aqua Skye. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards. Paypal - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. All Canadian residents are required to pay the applicable taxes. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.

All deliveries are subject to payment authorization.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Aqua Skye wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply, contact us by email at aquaskye@aquaskye.com within 3 days of receipt and we will issue an online store credit or refund. Please note, we do not accept returns after 14 days. All sale items are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges.

Please note, shipping and handling are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

 

PRODUCT CARE

I ask that you please be careful with caring for your jewellery by not spraying perfume directly on to the pieces. And try to avoid wearing your pieces in a pool, shower or spa setting! We always recommend Windex to help keep your jewelry shiny and new! Yes, you heard us - Windex!
