Shipping

We aim to deliver all jewellery orders within five working days of receipt, subject to stock availability and credit card security checks. As our items are usually in stock, we usually process your order within 2 business days. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date. Aqua Skye is reputed for carrying one of a kind items, so we usually have one of each in stock. But, if there is a piece that is “out of stock”, we may be able to special order it for you. In this case, there will be a delivery delay of 4-6 weeks. While we make every effort to deliver goods on time, occasionally delays are out of our control.

At Aqua Skye, we trust Canada Post to handle our shipping services. All parcels will be shipped with a tracking number and an insurance coverage for the value of your purchase. There is one exception; if you opt for Small Packet Air - please be advised that there is no tracking number nor is there insurance applied to your order. Therefore, if a package gets lost - we cannot track its whereabouts and we are not responsible for its loss. Aqua Skye is not responsible for and will not issue any refunds for delays on the part of Canada Post. We are not responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. To locate or trace your parcel, you may visit Canada Post at www.canadapost.ca or call at 1.800.267.1177. Or simply email us at aquaskye@aquaskye.com and we will gladly help you track your items.

We also offer the service to ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution though, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

International Shipping

Overseas deliveries may take up to 21 days, depending on the postal service in the destination country. If your order is urgent and required for a specific date, please contact us at aquaskye@aquaskye.com. Delivery can also be made to addresses worldwide regardless of order destination. Deliveries can be sent to other addresses (i.e. workplaces) but not a P.O. Box address.
