Looking forward to SPRING 2015 - Jewelry - Accessories _ Fashion

Posted: Jan 17 2015

Trying to obliterate the cold from my mind and choosing to look forward by posting what's coming up for Spring in jewelry! Getting lost in my jewelry world is a daily occurrence as I'm forever toiling on my website: www.aquaskye.com and my ETSY page and my social media and my other job as social media consultant. So, when I actually sit down to write a post about over the top jewelry, an indescribable feeling overwhelms all my senses. Yes, I'm that crazy! Here's what you all have to look forward to for SPRING - some is wild, some is mild. *Stay tuned for my next post on MEN'S Spring Jewelry 2015.

Ralph Lauren choosing to out bling even himself is super cool!

Blugirl's pretty flowers are not for the silly wallflower!

Dolce & Gabbana has not disappointed in the past few seasons - they just keep rolling out all the 80s-90s glamour that I simply adore!

Dolce & Gabbana going all the way 90s with their Spanish/Sicilian influence!

DSquared2 - I didn't expect this style to come out of DSquared - it's kind of traditional for them but hey, if it's big it's gonna be on our list!!

Oscar de la Renta - god bless his soul - never disappoints with his eccentric prints and accessories to match!

Marni's design aesthetic lends itself well with the added floral detailing.

Nina Ricci - colourful but I must admit to being disappointed with this amateur looking bracelet.

Marni again playing with prints and athletic gear - I do love the sporty touch!

Chanel - Oh Chanel! They just keep bringing back their old stock and renewing it. Kudos to them for keeping it real-ish.

Love the multi-tinted chain - not new but I still love the colour combination nonetheless.

Fendi's quirky accessories are a welcome surprise to their looks!

Salvatore Ferragamo's ode to Venetian glass is quite striking with this marvellous choker!

I'm not familiar with this designer (I know, shame on me!), Stella Jean's whimsical accessories are fun and just what I need to get over the winter blues!

ETRO's hippie 70's vibe threw me off this season. I like it but I didn't expect this from them. Hey, bohemian is here to stay, it seems.

Lanvin can do no wrong!!! Just saying, maybe I'm a bit bias but I do love everything Albert Elbaz shoots out for Lanvin in terms of accessories (yes, his clothing is just as divine).

Givenchy's ornate brooch is gorgeous but a definite 360 from the other sleek collections of late. Not complaining!

This single statement earring is just DIVINE. Now I wonder who will have the balls to wear this, other than me!?? By Houghton.

Vionnet is the master of design. I'm not surprised to see this coming down his runway! LOVE!

Versace has been stuck in the Punk Rock 80's for the past 2 seasons but this season she's regressing to the 70s disco days. Loving the glitter.

Narcisco Rodriguez' natural stone choker is a contemporary work of art. Point finale.

Gotta adore this single earring from LOEWE. Funky and heavy and greatness!

Mugler is Mugler is Mugler.

Oh Yeah!!! Lanvin's take on an ear cuff is far from disappointing! I want one now!

Acne Studios simple heavy link choker is sublime.

I'm ending this series with one of my fave designers who has just recently returned to the spotlight, Mr. John Galliano. The intricacy of the pendant and the sleekness of the choker is kick ass just like the man himself!!
