Emanuel Ungaro - Fall 2013 Jewelry - Details from Paris Fashion Week

Posted: Mar 10 2013

Back in the 80's, I remember Ungaro for his brassy outlook on fashion. He dared to pair stripes with polka dots. His collections were always flamboyant and over the top. At the time, he was a bit too much for me. Since Giles Deacon has taken over as designer in 2010, the essence of his vision is ever present with the juxtaposition of textures, prints, details and spectacular brooches.

This golden butterfly set with crystals really stands out. The gold, square buttons are classy and fabulous.

The pinstripe, gold buttons and leopard bag are fab!

I just love the leather blouse and assymetrical skirt - this look is divine!!

I do appreciate any designer who dares with so much bling and hardware....

The essence of Ungaro with the mix of polka dots.

The quality of fabric is evident - love the mix of pastel blue with gold!

The skirt is divine but the top stands out for me with the mix of leather and silk. The modern silhouette with  skirt makes it feminine and edgy at the same time - LOVE!!

Kick Ass!

Have no words - WOW!!!!
